Where (online if possible) can I buy a desk with a center drawer, not a keyboard shelf?
Question:I have looked all over stores in my local area for a desk that has a center drawer, like for pens/pencils and paper. I don't have a desktop computer, and I don't plan on using a wireless keyboard with my laptop, so I have no need for a sliding keyboard shelf. It irritates me. Even the nice-looking desks that look like they have drawers, are just using a drawerfront to conceal a keyboard shelf.
I've tried searching everywhere, and I am at a loss.

Spencer's has traditional desks in all types of decor/finish/style/wood and drawer arrangements as they are a company that realizes that there are people and places in a home/office environments that do not need a keyboard shelf in their show desk. Many executives such as myself, have a desk over which I look at you and we discuss stuff that runs the world. I don't keep a computer on that desk. It looks tacky and is rude to obscure the vision of those who visit with me. My computer is behind my back.
My hubby will build you one. What kind of wood do you want, how large, and shipped where? :)
