Rocker/emo/mosher/punk bedroom colours?
Question:oki im looking to decorate my room, i dont want all four walls the same colour. maybe the main one one colour and the others the same colour. im a rocker and luv rock/emo/punk/goth/screamo music. some colours to reflect this?
all i came up wif was black and a nice grey which my mum isnt too happy on lol. thanks xxx

Why does paint have to be flat? Why not two opposite walls the Gray you like but Marbled - - - with swirls etc just as if room is nestled in a Marble cradle - - - then play a game with Black, Black gold vein marble for the Back wall, looking at the oppsite Midnight Blue Purple Black flecked with 'stars,' mere points of light - - - could actually create a Star effect. It would be like being in your Mountain Cave gazing out over all eternity. Now all you need is an Eagle or two to share the nest.

How about a very deep purple or deep blue? Dark red would look great, too.
Hey, I totally know what you're into. For my room, I pick black and lime green. I made 2 walls black along with my ceiling, and the remaining 2 walls lime green, but make sure you buy the hi-gloss so it shines in the light. Believe me, that will give you the killer effect you'll want. For the one black wall, I painted broken hearts with shoeprints going over them, but my window is on the wall and I had a grey curtain I made with white hearts on it. I covered one of my lime green walls with posters, along with the other black one (I've got over 30 posters, so I had to put them somewhere), and the collage of band posters really brings out the colors. I would suggest doing your trim in a deep red so the color scheme doesn't look Christmas-y. I also put red and black polka dots on the other lime green wall. I put string lights around my room and covered the ceiling with the cheap Christmas tree net lights.

It'll give off that idea of being inside a dressing room or something before a show. You may want to buy or install a big mirror on the back of your door, as well.
