Dorm bed sizes?
Question:anyone know what size a dorm bed is? im looking online for bedding for when i go to college and my friend said he measured his and it was 78 in by 38 in. but that just doesn't sound right...

Almost all colleges have extra long twin beds. I've found
great sheets in JC Penney's catalog, Target's dorm shop,
Bed, Bath and Beyond, Linens'nThings and Kmart.

I go to rutgers and our beds were twin-long.. those dimensions sound about right.
39 x 80 is a standard twin xl which is what is used for dorm beds.
