What is the name of this furniture-looks like a buffet, opens out into a table.?

Question:Has two doors on the front, when opened a table folds out to various sizes for use. Some, have drawers on top of the two doors for storage of linens, silverware etc. I've been trying to find one but don't know the proper name to call it when searching.

I like that they are dual use and can be opened up for company. My sister has one where the chairs store inside the folded table, I don't have any idea where she got it though.
