What can we use to scrap wallpaper leftovers out?
Question:i already taken out the wallpaper but there's still layer of glued paper sticking on the wall. what can i use to scrap it off?
Answers:
Spray with warm water and fabric softener. This will soften the glue and make it easier to remove.
soapy Hot hater in a spray bottle.spray let soak then scrape off.
If it's really stuck to the wall, you'll need to use steam to loosen the glue. You can usually rent steam generators made for this at home centers.
i jst saw last nt on Holmes for Homes...that they use some acid liquid & then scraped it off. It was awsome... Afterwards u need to make sure it's all cleaned off & any holes need putty etc... they even showed how to do that... which if u have a deep nick in the drywall u use mud..then fiberglass tape then mud again... it was neat.
