Question about a type of outdoor lighting?

Question:In the picture there is lighting in the trees. They are incandescent bulbs strung out like Christmas lights. Does anyone know the proper name and where I might find these lights?

It's impossible to tell what kind of lights they are from the picture but, from the wire spacing and the brightness, they look like they are just ordinary C7 globe lights!
