How much should it cost us to refinish our wood floors?

I live in Kentucky and have done refinished floors for over 9 yrs, it would cost around $1,800.00 or so. and thats me doing all the work and suppling all the finish materials..no wood replacement though...Just depends on the area you are in...
Depends on the square footage and your location. We are in Kansas where there isn't much competion. We had a hall 16ft, bedroom15 X17, bath4 x 6 and dining room 20 x 14 refinished for $1500. We had don the prep work ourselves. Then we had a fire and had to replace throughout the whole house. That was $8,000 for just the hardwood floors!
We just had hardwood floors refinished in St. Louis and it cost us $2.50 a square foot. Most re finishers have a minimum charge. This includes all materials and 2 coats of polyurethane.
