Get a Bulliten Board any size any style and buy some nice fabric that you would like to lay over it.
Take the fabric and make sure its a bit bigger than the board itself. Staple the fabic around the edges on the back and cut down any excess fabric. You can add all kinds of things to decorate it up. You could even you thick ribbons criss crossed over the whole board and put your photos behind or in front with a cut brad or stick pen.
You might try the DIY network or HGTV network, they have lots of ideas and pictureboards...hope it helps.
