Downstairs bathroom in utility room?

Question:I want to put a small downstairs bathroom in my utility room.
Do I call a plumber? or builder? or someone else (dont say ghostbusters) in Solihull, West Midlands.

Answers:
Builder first because there will be alterations to make to the room, tiling etc etc.

.

average contractor/builder
Plumber
superman
You need a builder then. He will get any plumbing done.
I'd go to someone specializing in bathrooms or basement finishing.
im a builder but miles away from you, call a builder because the plumber will chage you loads to put the drains in and he will just get a builder to do it and take some off the top, depending on where your solids drain is it can cost form £400 - to a couple of thousand
Builder first - he will have the plumbing and electrical contacts you need!

I can give you the number of a man in Redditch who can help.
you can call a plumber they will have someone that can cut it into whereever,,, or you can find a general contractor,, or just do it yourself, Home depot can help ( most times they have names of contractors also )

sears too,
you will need to speak to a builder first, as there is most likely going to be alterations needed for drainage etc

most builders will have electrical and plumbing firends who will be able to take on any further work - be this as all seperate charges or a total paid to the builder.
