You wont find a pre made one anywhere. the position of boilers are all different and different in pipework arrangement. Then you have different sizes as well. You can get a carpenter to make one for you, or knock one up yourself .
A company called pendock make pipe covers, they can be expensive, kitchen manufacturers can usually sort a cupboard for the boiler, most modern worcester boilers wont need ventilated cupboard but the instruction manual for the boiler will guide you as to clearances for servicing the boiler, also dont forget to leave access to the filling link, this may be external on the pipework or integral to the underside of the boiler if it is a combi.
