Shrinking a cotton vest.?

Question:How long should i boil my cotton stuff to get it to shrink? its a freesize vest thats way to loose after wearing it for a few times.
i heard that boiling water will shrink cotton, is this true? it needs to shrink alot, lol.

yes the heat will do it for ya okay
but you need to watch it and see how it's working.
try a little at a time each time you do it, and then remember the sun will shrink it too.
