After run, should I wash runnin' short and shirt everytime?

Question:I know it's stupid question, but because I only have two shorts and three shirts for run. I usually wash them at the end of the week, but, in meantime, should I leave them nearby the window for the sweats to go away or somethin'?

Anythin' that I dont have to wash them daily...thanks in advance

Any tip would be appreciate! Thanks

The only stupid question is the one that is not asked.
Yes, hanging them by a window that is open for awhile is a good idea. The shorts would not need to be washed often, but the shirts, you may want to hand wash the armpit areas with hand soap and water every couple of days. For instance, due to the fact you have three shirts for running, wash the armpits of one, let that air dry on a hanger, then the next day wear a different shirt, then switch back to the other one a couple days later. Something like that. But definitely letting the clothes air out between runs is a good idea.
Take care.

You can if you want, its just that sometimes, the shirt and shorts might smell. Also, depending on how much you sweat, they may actually feel uncomfortable to wear more then once without a wash. Do whichever works for you. (But do make sure you wash them at least once a week)
You need to wash them every time.
If you never worry about a nice looking guy coming up to you at a stop light--wear them a week.
YES please do wash them- think of the bacteria on the clothes and how much they must stink! Its not healthy to wear sweaty clothes again
ewwe.. but if you insist, its your hygiene, not ours. At least hang them up and spray febreeze on them.
The perspiration can break down the fibers and cause staining and permanent odors in the fabric. At the very least, you should rinse them out after every wearing. Just swish them around in the tub with warm water and hang to dry. Takes only a minute to do this and can prolong their life by 50%. The best action, as you do know, is to wash as soon as possible after wearing.
I would say the most you should be wearing your workout clothes before washing them is 2-3 times. You are doing the right thing by hanging them up. Don't let them sit on the floor in a bundle because then the sweat will cause them to stink and the moisture will cause them to mold.

Are you working out at home or at the gym? If at the gym, maybe only wear the clothes twice to ensure they do not smell. I work out at home on a treadmill 30 minutes a day and I wear the same shirt and shorts at least twice. But I am at home alone and no one needs to smell me!
