I have a hoover wind tunnel. If I use carpet deodorizer like baking soda on my carpet?

Question:is it going to mess up my vacume cleaner??

Answers:
When I took my vacuum to be serviced, I was told using baking soda or any of the scented things you sprinkle down on your carpet can clog things up in a sweeper that has a bag. No problem if your sweeper is bag-less. There are some nice carpet re-freshers on the market that you spray down after you've run the sweeper. They leave a nice scent and no problem to your vacuum.

i have a similar "cyclone" type of vacuum and as long as you empty the baking soda right away there shouldn't be a problem. If you leave it in because it is baking soda and absorbs moisture, odors, and bacteria it could mold which can cause allergy flair ups or cause major infections in people with compromised immune systems. As long as you empty the canister though should be fine.
it's shouldn't
it's lite and easy and smells so good
