How do i get fresh ink stain out of kakhi shorts?

I would sure like to know if hairspray or shout work, I have never been able to get ink out enough to save clothes

I find if you spray shout on the ink spot, I give it a really heavy duty spray and wait at least a day it comes out quick easily
Believe it or not I use Spot Shot. I know it is for your carpet and upholstery but I work in food service and it works wonders for getting tons of things out... including ink. Just saturate the spot and rub in with your nails or a small brush However, worst mistake... don't dry your garmet (it will set the stain) til you are sure the stain is out to where you can't see it. If you put it in the dryer and it is still there you will have to take it to a dry clean place or throw it out. Good luck!
