How do I remove green felt tip pen from my (wool) beige carpet?
Question:I've tried shaving foam as it's apparently like upholstry cleaner but to no avail. All options tried!

As a nanny and someone who worked at a dry cleaner during high school I can tell you that aside from professional products Resolve is by far the best spot treatment on the market. If it doesn't work completely try treating the area with 409 household cleaner (spray it on the area, let it sit a few minutes, dab with thick towel, pour a little water on the area and then soak that up with the towel as well). I have cleaned tons of marker off of rugs, carpets, and furniture! I wouldn't waste my time with oxi-clean, it is really useless. I also wouldn't recommend using pre laundry spot treatments because it doesn't wash out of the carpet thoroughly even if you soak it up with water and towels and it can leave a residue that will attract dirt and then you will have a big dirty spot instead of a green felt tip pen spot. Good luck!
Have you tried a laundry pre-treater like shout or spray n wash? Just let it sit for a while and blot...do not rub it in. It should do the trick if not try a Oxi-clean solution to get it out....Hope this helps :)
Resolve 2 in 1 carpet cleaner is the best!
hello, I buy some great products off a wholesale heatlh/wellness site. I love the products. They are completely safe and nontoxic. I had my 4yr old clean up blue ink she got on the carpet with a little cleaning solution. Came right out and l won't trust any other cleaners now. Especially since they're safe for my kids.
Click my avatar and email me, again...it's a WHOLESALE buying site, you don't have to buy in bulk either.
Take Care!
