Answers:
First make sure your cover is clean,as well as your Iron. You don't want to get stains on the clothes your going to iron. Then ,with the Iron off, fill with water. Some take tap water, some take only distilled,so check it out first. Then have a can of spray starch, and a can of fabric finisher. One is a Starch and one is not, some people don't like starched clothes, and that is what the finisher is for. Set your Iron to the desired setting, and if you want steam, turn that on also. Let's iron a dress shirt,OK? Start with the yolk(I don't know what they call it,but that sounds good to me)Fold down at the seam and iron. Next Do the Collar, Than the Sleeves, than the rest . Make sure you use the starch on dress shirts. On Dress Slacks Fold with the two inner seams together, than iron making a seam in the front of them with the iron. Finish spray would do on this. Check the kind of material every time you start a new piece, than adjust the setting. If you don't know what to look for ,when going to get the starch, look for either ,"Faultless,or Niagara". If you can't find either one,you can get liquid starch and make your own with water. Good Luck, Bye and don't burn your self. Use ice if you do.

I guess I'm the wrong person to ask about actually getting it done on time.

Concentrate is one point of advice
Check out fabric temps before you start and do the lowest tems first.
Don't iron over decals on t-shirts they often melt and smudge. Iron those on the reverse side.

Perhaps if it goes well change your ironing board cover to one of these listed in my link. That yellow band is like a band of teflon that you rub your iron over before you iron the garment and it makes your iron glide and not stick so much. Has often rescued me from sticking delicate fabrics to my iron.

Oh and importantly don't eat chocolate fingers or twiglets, or drink ribena while ironing. An accident waiting to happen
Fuller has a wrinkle remover, don't know the name. It doesn't splotch up like many of the sprays and makes it look great.
On a shirt start on the upper back and shoulder piece, then the collar, then the back and fronts, careful to iron the area around buttons, last the sleeves. Works perfect. Sprinkle with water and put in freezer first if you like.
iron inside out so as not to damage fabric , don't leave too long in one place or have the iron too hot if the fabric seems delicate, use a steam iron and if you have to iron on the 'outside' place a thin tea towel over the item to avoid making the fabric 'shiny'
the iron will tell you how hot it shud be for the garments you are ironing ..theres nothing to it really
Are those iron mark on your arms?
