Depends on what material you are cleaning. This is for Vinyl.
Good old-fashioned soap and water, let it to run down vertically on the house as you start the cleaning process from the bottom, working your way toward the top. Then once you have completed the cleaning, all you have to do is rinse off the soapy solution with a garden hose before it starts to dry. If you have any brick on the house, make sure you cover it with a tarp so the runoff does not affect it.
Go to lowes and get the cleaner that you use in pressure washers, or use bleach but bleach will be bad for the soil around your home.

you can buy a product called "mean green" at most dollar general stores and at some walmarts that removes almost every stain i have come up against.
