What will clean my carpet i have the worst stains i need help please any ideas?
Question:my landlord is going to kill me i don't know if i should use proffesionals or if i should rent one from someplace. i need advice and quick because i need to clean it. do any sprays work? the stains are mostly beer and mud and yucky stuff please help me

use tuff stuff its exselent you could spill something like wine it will come out no marks at all try it my dad uses it at lot it worls for every stain even set in stains
You will be surprised at how well a rental machine will do. Make sure that you pre-treat the floor as well as shampoo it in the cleaners recommended by the mfg. Once I decided to use dish-washing liquid because I ran out, and I had suds everywhere!!

best answer use a proffesional that has a truck with lines that bring in water and send back dirty water to the truck.

Dude. Call Sears if the stains are brutal. Heres the deal. Sears guarantees satisfaction. They are one of the most expensive because of that. They use the best machines and equipment also because of that. So.
Call them and let them do it.
1) If they can't get it out no one can.
2) If it works, it costs a little more, but its done and you're off the hook with the landlord.
3) If the stains are brutal and even they can't get them out, you are not satisfied, so you don't have to pay. But, it might be good enough for the landlord to let you off the hook.

there is product out there called, (fresh start) it is great stuff,, it took a paint stain off my carpet that had been there for years. without ruining it.
A chart I was given by a carpet cleaning pro. says NEVER rub. For mud stains, apply a solution of warm water and mild non-bleach liquid laundry detergent (1teaspoon to 1 qt. water). Let that stand on stain for about 5 min. Then use white absorbent cloth or paper towels to BLOT up as much moisture as possible. Then apply clear warm water and blot repeatedly until all moisture and stain is removed.
If stain remains, apply solution of white vinegar (2tbs.to 1Qt. water) and blot. Next apply solution of clear white, nonsuds ammonia (2tbs. to 1Qt. water) and blot. Finally, apply clear warm water and blot repeatedly until stain and moisture is gone.
My chart doesn't list beer but does use the above solutions and instructions for white wine. Good luck.
Oxy - Plus...stains. Then use a mild detergent and carpet scrubber. Rinse well. Vacuum.
