Get the cleaner that is enzyme based, made to remove pet urine odors. Let it sit and break the old stinky stains down. You may need to use it several times.
I was told to use Simple Green and it worked!

pee is an ammonia, that's why it stinks so bad , you need to ,
use a mild soap ,one to wash the stain out ,and clean the floor, mild soap wont re stain the floor . then use a mix of carbon of soda.and water to neutralize the smell
I tried so many different store bought products and ended up using a home made recipe that worked better than all of them--and much cheaper!
