Don't use use acetone or nail polish remover!! yes it will remove the white out but it will also damage the leather. Making it a cloudy color. Trying something oil based (wd-40) might work. Also look for leather conditioners so you can ensure you wont damage the leather.

use acetone or nail polish remover.
Try Towels (kitchen) paper dampened in WD-40.
let it dry pick it off. or let it dry, use turps (turpentine or white spirit)
if its a lumpy bit would very carefully scratch it off. if not could try thinners but depends on the colour of the seat
