set stains are pretty hard to remove, but you can try peroxide..bleach just yellows the stain..sometimes peroxide into clothing bubbles out the stain. It really depends on what kind of a stain it is. Greasy stains need soap and hot water...blood can be removed with peroxide...ink is nearly impossible to remove once set. Good Luck.
bleach pen tide i think is the name of it
Get a bucket of warm water and add half a cup of bleach and one scoop of washing powder and mix it. Add your clothes, let it soak for 10 minutes then stir them up abit, then let them soak abit and keep repeating the process until you notice the stain has piratically gone. Yes this process is safe for colours. Cheers and good luck.

Uhm.do you know what kind of stain it is? Not all stains are treated the same way.
How can we tell you how to remove a stain when you didn't tell us what kind of stain it was? Coffee? Ink? Blood?
In the laundry aisle, there are little yellow bottles called Stain Devils. They have maybe 20 different formulas for lifting different stains. Find the one that matches your stain and you're in business.
