What is the best way to get mildew and moss off porch using plant friendly cleaner?

Question:

Answers:
The easiest way is to power spray it adding driveway/concrete solution (which is safe for all grass and plants). It's available at most hardware stores.

You can try a wire brush and water. I had great luck with VERY VERY diluted bleach and water. Like a capful for a giant bucket. None of my plants died, even though some of them were dripped on.
Oh there's a great product on the market that doesn't have bleach to kill plants or the need for a power washer. Here's their website: http://www.theo2system.com/

They have a cleaner and then a "shield" to help prevent the moss return.

If you have ACO hardware stores, they carry the stuff.

In the mean time have you tried a super concentrated version of OxyClean and hot water? You'll have to let it sit for a bit, misting with water to keep it active , but you might get some of it off. Plus the "Oxy" cleaners are generally safe for surrounding plants.

Pressure sprayers are destroying more home siding, concrete and cars because they are too strong.
