How to wash a feather goose blanket?

The best answer is the one a few minutes ago by Erica W. Just put it in the washer by itself. The key to the dryer part is both the tennis balls and the lowest heat or air dry. If it's a king size blanket you might have to take it to the laundromat where they have those triple load machines. But queen size and smaller are no trouble even in a front loader. Make sure the blanket is totally dry before removing. Air fluff helps at the end.
I think you have to take it to a dry cleaner.
They say to dry clean only. I have always washed and dried mine and it's been going strong for 6 years now.
JUST PUT IT IN THE WASHER THEN WHEN YOU PUT IT IN THE DRYER MAKE SURE YOU PUT A SHOE OR TENNIS BALL IN THERE
i used to work at a dry cleaners and the dry cleaner would wash all of the down comfortors in the washing machine and then he would hang them to dry. if it is too big for your washer i would take it to the cleaners because they have those huge washing machinges.
