What kind of detergent should I use for washing my clothes by hand? Can I use laundry detergent for this purpose or should I use different type of detergent? Thank you in advance, sincerely, Passenger

Look in the stores and read labels for something that says for hand washing. I use Woolite for my hand washable clothing.

You can use regular laundry detergent. There might be some special detergent made just for that, but trust me laundry detergent does the trick. Good luck.

I would use Woolite or a normal liquid detergent. Powders will never liquefy in temperatures suitable for hand washing.
