Easy-off, and Easy-off. In the blue can. That's fume free.Don't use the yellow can, it's smells and is very strong. If that doesn't clean your oven, put a bowl of ammonia in it over night. The grease will wipe away the next day.
To clean the oven, you just have to use the "Self Clean" option that the oven has. If your oven do not have it, then "Easy Off" would be your best solution. Make sure you wear gloves. On refrigerator, use a wet towel with 409 should do. However, you need to take off all the insides first. Don't want to contaminate the food with 409. I am not a rep for both Easy Off and 409. :)
For the oven an oven spray cleaner. It's even good for builup and hard to remove stuff in frying pans and pots. I use 409 or clorox cleanup in the fridge. Mostly 409.
