Whats a quick and easy way to clean my driveway?
Question:We have had a wall erected at the side of our driveway and the workmen have left alot of dry muck etc.
Answers:
Rent a power spray washer at your local hardware store and go for it. They are really fun to use! and then wash the car for your wife.

I would brush off as much of the dry muck as you can then use something like a pressure washer to clean any excess dirt that left.

Use a Shovel with a flat nose,and a push broom. Please don't spray it off with water. That's wasting water.
Get someone else to do it.
you could have included that in your quote and made clear that in was in the contract (no cash until its clean).

a push broom to pick up the big debris they left behind..
then i would just wash the rest down with a nozzle on the end of a water hose...if ya want it any cleaner.i put 50/50 bleach and water in a pump up sprayer and spray mine down to get rid of any mold and mildew..do this the next day when it is completely dry..any oil drip areas you can take some dawn dishwashing liquid and yer push broom and scrub these spots..it will not take the stain away immediately but it will take the oily residue away so that the sun can bleach these spots out over time..i own a business and i have the cleanest parking lot in town..when i get done cleaning my parking lot..you could eat off of it...

That can be removed with a flat garden spade
or a decent shovel,then jet spray the discolouration left behind
just with pressurised water and not detergent,otherwise you may find a part of the driveway a shade lighter than the rest.
