Black worms in toilet after vacation?

Question:Came back from a 5 day vacation to find several little black half inch worms in my toilet water. The toilet is clean other than a little lime stains.

What are they and where did they come from?

I bet their maggots. Baby flies. Did you have many flies in your home when you came in?

Worms in water ussually came from flies which lay their eggs in human waste or any dead animals. They turned black after a few days.
