Believe it or not -- the cheapest hair spray you can find! I have been using it for many years. Just saturate the stain and watch it melt away. This is practically an "old wives" solution - it's been around for many years.

for me, I use Kalamansi, it's more effective that zonrox.
Use rubbing alcohol. Pour a small amount on a cloth and blot the stain.do not rub! Wash as usual, and if the stain is still there, repeat the alcohol process. Do not dry the shirt in the dryer until the stain is gone, or the stain will set, and will be harder, if not impossible, to remove.
It may depend on the type on ink in the pen. I use Fantastic or 409 spray because it doesn't harm my colored clothing. Some people tell you to use hairspray but I have never gotten that to work for me.

Use a sponge with acetone
You can either use strain remover (its a spray in the laundry detergent aisle).
Then their is bleach for color.
You can also hand wash it..
