What are some household materials that I can mix together to get something I can throw in people's eyes?

In most jurisdictions, the act you detailed is called an assault.
Unless a few nights in jail and host of legal troubles is desired, I would not recommend you throw anything in anyones eyes.
Any kind of cleaner would be painful in someones eyes but your not serious, right?
concentrated lemon will sting like a b!tch. you don't need to mix anything any acidic liquids will do. i'm not sure if its gonna be safe because i usually just punch somebody in the face rather than throwing stuff at them.
