Soak in cold water & good old fashioned bar soap,( Natural Soap). Remove from the water , rub in the soap. leave the soap on for 1/2 hr , free from water. Then give a rub to the stain,Now remove from water, rub in more soap. This time leaving the soap on pop into your machine on a 30ºc or 40ºc wash, adding your own washing powder. Once they have been washed , hang outside in the sun. The sun will bleach out any remaining stains , the natural way
