Permant marker stain on my jeans?
Question:I have a pemant marker stain on my favorite jeans in the pocket of course,, they went thru the wash and unfortuantlly the dryer before I seen it can anyone tell me how to get it out for good?

I have gotten many kinds of stains like this out by pretreating with a free and clear liquid laundry soap. I had one sweater that bled when i washed it. Thought I should throw it out. a couple years had passed and i treated it with Purex free and clear, let it set for a couple of days and then washed it and low and behold it looked like a new sweater. Good Luck!
Try spraying it with a good amount of hairspray, then rinsing and re-washing. I know it works for ink pen stains, but have never tried on permanent ink. Good luck!
Permanent marker stains are tough to remove. I would suggest putting detergent directly on the stain and let it set for about an hour before washing them again. You may need to do this several times before the stain is completely gone.
i know that tide-to-go is only for food stains, but it seems to work well on pen. try it =]
