With a cotton ball slightly dampened with rubbing alcohol. To get in between the keys us a Q-tip.=)
Use a rag with Alcohol On the spot that its stick at, to clean your key board there a product called Canned air, to spray between the keys.
Try blue tac
Put it in the dishwasher! (not joking). I personally haven't done this but a few of my computer geek friends have and have had a lot of success. You've got to take it apart though, so I wouldn't recommend it for the non-technologically brave/savy. A damp (make sure it is damp and wont drip) cloth with just water on it.
