I have metalic metal venetian blinds in my kitchen, they are bendy! how acn i clean them easily? any tips pls?

Question:This question may be silly but i really find it difficult to clean them I have tried using some fairy liquid and a sponge, but it doesnt seem to get the dust/greasy dirt off. It just goes all bitty! anyone understand what I'm trying to say, if so i would be very greatful for some ideas. Thank you.

Answers:
Take it down and soak it in the bath tub in hot soap water. Swish it up and down in the tub or take a sponge to it. Rinse well and hang outside to dry(be sure to hold a towel under it as you carry it outside as it will be very drippy) or dry with a towel.=)

try an old sock over your hand - it did mine really well!
Take them down and put them in the bath where the individual slats are supported.
Wash well with a sponge and soapy water.
Rinse and hang out to dry! I have a rotary line so I dry mine lying across the top of the lines. I also rinse them on there using a hose pipe!
For dust I vacuum them, For dust/grease you may have to use a type of degreaser, Dawn soap. something that may cut the grease better. You can try soaking them, but due to the fact they are metal you would have to make sure you dry them very well, you don't want rust to add to your problem.
Betterware do a cleaning brush specifically for blinds.

Hi The item you need to clean the blinds Argos sell one that you can clean three slants at a time if that fail fill the bath with water and thrown them ,if you got the time clean them one by one take few hours to do?with a cloth not a sponge ?
You can remove them and wash them with really hot water and bleach in the bath tub. Thats how i do them.
a duster, the flash ones work great on blinds!
I have them as well and take them down an put them in a bath of hot soapy water for an hour then wash them wi a cloth.
I always wash my Venetian blinds in the bath
I leave them to soak in warm soapy water then wipe gently with a kitchen sponge then cover them with cold water to rinse them then stand them up in the corner of the bath to dry off
I have done them in the bath as well but now we take them down hang them on two screws on the fence and wash with a really soft brush, like the ones for car shampooing works well and just leave them to dry.
