Washing and drying settings for towels.?

Question:Regular Washer

Answers:
i have washed PLENTY of towels in my life! (i used to work at a gym!) if you have white towels, use bleach and wash them on hot and rinse cold. dry them on the regular/normal (hot) drying setting. if you have color towels use warm for normal times, but if they are heavily soiled use the hot setting. (always rinse on cold!) and dry the colored towels the same as the white towels. using fabric softener also helps to keep them nice and fluffy! (sheets or liquid, i prefer liquid) hope this helps you out!!

I use Cold and Low Heat for everything.
I use hot water to wash and normal setting to dry. I also go slightly low on the detergent and no fabric softener.
heavy cotton or your setting may be called heavy duty or just Cotton
Dryer: high heat
cold water washes just about everything great, saves energy & money.
Wash towels in warm water, because you rub a lot of bacteria off your body on to them. Rinse in cold.
Dry on regular, NO softener [ makes them less absorbent ].
*** if towels are stained, prespot and prewash in cold to get stains out before they set, then wash in warm water to disinfect.
Hot water wash, no fabric softener (it impedes the towels' ability to absorb moisture), cold water rinse and high heat dry. This way any bacteria are destroyed.
Wash towels & bedding in HOT water. This kills any bacteria in the material. Dry on your normal setting.

If you want to be more energy efficient, wash everything in cold water & line dry.
