There is a new superglue remover. I saw it at a hardware store recently.
Blowtorch.

Try Goo Gone. It works on just about everything... I have never tried it on super glue, but it has to be better than a blow torch.
I just bring them into my supplier, I let professionals do it. I don't want to ruin my lens. Norma
1. Clean up any glue that is still wet by blotting it with a white paper towel or terry cloth towel.
2. Soak the object in warm soapy water if possible and try rubbing off as much as you can.
3. Pour a little bit of acetone-base nail polish remover on a white terry cloth.
4. Dab at the dried glue until it dissolves.
5. Use extra fine sandpaper to remove dried glue from the surface of an object.
6. Try a product called Goof-Off or Z-7 Debonder.
Super Glue on glasses - Use pure acetone, no nail polish. I was fixing my glasses and got it all over the lens. Nail polish remover had no real effect, but I found a can of acetone and it took care if it in less than 30 seconds. Took another 2 minutes to get everything completely off.
