Bleach is the best.
You can try Tilex in the bathroom.It has bleach in it.

it is called "the works". I had marks on my bathtub floor from a bathmat that nothing would get out, and this did it! It also worked on all the mold, mildew, etc. Try a small area first though because it is very strong, and kinda messed up the finish on my bathtub (it is an old bathtub though)
I have used a mild bleach and hot water solution. Bleach kills mold immediately.
i really like clorox clean-up. it works better than just plain bleach.
bleach and water, for tough mold stains use more bleach than water, and make sure you are in a well ventilated place.
