The Steambuggy looks really good on TV?

Question:But is it really really good? It looks kind of big and klunky too :-\

What I had was not called a Steambuddy, but I'm sure it's the same thing. I tried it once in the bathroom, used it just like they said, (on grout) and it didn't do a thing. Don't waste your money. My cost around $60. I tried it on a few other things, and again, it didn't do a thing. (tire wheels, counter tops, etc.)
I went over and over these areas, and nothing.
