Do you clean the top of your fridge/freezer?
Question:iam tall & when i visit peoples homes i notice most dont pay the top of their f/f much attention..lots of dust & stuff on most.

Same as you! Lol! I'm quite tall so I can see the top of my fridge/freezer and yes I do clean it! Cant stand the thought of dust on the top of somewhere that I keep my food!

Nope, and it`s probably filthy. But life is too short to worry about these things!
I give it a wipe down every time I do the dishes. I usually use anti-bacterial spray. A friend of mine, and his wife have the most disgusting fridge top in the world. It is full of grease, chip fat and old food, and they NEVER clean it. Yuk!

Well, I am short-ish and it doesn't occur to me often as I don't see it. It does get grubby with that greasy type of kitchen grime/dust. I hate cleaning it, it's a pain.Try to think kindly of us shorties.
I guess the key is to only befriend short people...

Mine is under the worktop so only pull it out every once and a while but it does be so dusty.
I'm sorry to say I only get to the top of mine a couple times during the year.
I never really thought about it until a tall friend came to visit and did it for me...now I do it whenever it is needed
You wouldn't want to eat your dinner off it. I've got a furry lampshade in the hall I keep meaning to do something about as well. You wouldn't want to walk into that, you'd disappear in a cloud of dust.
I always clean the inside and the outside of the refrigerator. Any dust and dirt in the kitchen is not healthy. When the dust and dirt flies it lands on the food. Everyone should clean the top of the refrigerator, whether they are tall or short people. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's not there.
yes of course i clean the top of my freezer. once a weekj as you would be shocked to see how grimey it gets, not to mention the things that get lost up there.
I clean mine but not as often because I am not tall enough for the top of my fridge. I think why people do not do it as often is they are too short and forget about if they do not see it.
I do once a week, keeps the dust from building up
