Whats good cleaning supplies to clean a 10 y/o bathroom that has been shutdown?
Question:I have a bathroom and the water been turned off for 10 years and there's bad build up/lime/crud in the tub n shower. Whats some cleaning materials to clean this whole bathroom over with? Thanx for any help! :)

Lime away has worked miracles for me. Our last place was a "fixer-uper" basically a peice of sh*t, and the bathroom was nasty. I used lime away and clorox bathroom cleaner and it looks like new! Good luck!

Thats gonna be a tough one!!
Use Lime-Away several times. Then drop a couple of denture cleaning tablets in the toilet. Follow up with a good cleaning with bleach, and then clean everything with Lysol Bathroom Cleaner.
Don't be afraid to use on brush on the stubborn stains. An old toothbrush will work well in small spaces. Just don't use a wire brush or you will scratch the porcelain.
I would start with mr. clean bathroom wipes and then use a straight razor.
I recently fixed up a bathroom in a similar situation. I used Tilex Mold and Mildew Remover and could not believe the results. It practically cleaned everything up without even scrubbing. Word of caution, though, it had very strong vapors. I would recommend using a mask when cleaning with this product. I believe the bottle also recommended using in a ventilated area, so be sure to turn the fan on.
I have also used CLR (Calcium, Lime and Rust remover). It worked well, but very potent. I would recommend using the same precautions listed above as well as rubber gloves. Hope this helps!
