There is a product made by RIT that takes out dye form clothing. It's sold in the cleanig products or laundry ailes.
At your major grocery store, in the detergent aisle, you will find a product which takes secondary dyes out. Look for it and follow the instructions.
put the jeans in the machine again with a blue shirt (or whatever colour the jeans was).
or buy him another pair. or just flat out deny you had anything to do with it, and that you heard from a friend that this particular brand had a tendency to turn green by itself for no reason whatsoever. last but not least: run/hide!
