Answers:
If those dont work then you can try The Works toilet bowl cleaner, It will clean anything just dilute it for your first try, and becareful of the fumes.

KABOOM!! i hate that commercial.
CLR. Maybe Vinegar but not as fast or good.
soap
soak some paper towel with vinegar & wrap your taps with it then cover that with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out. let it sit for an hour or 2. remove the wrap & paper towel & give it a wipe & a thourough rinse
YEA, I'LL HAVE TO GO WITH MOONDOG ON THIS ONE. YOU CAN'T FIND A BETTER CLEANER TO REMOVE HARD WATER STAINS OR DEPOSITS THAN CLR!
Lime-Away is much, much better than Ka-Boom. Don't get the liquid spray kind. Get the kind with a screw top that has a little fold-up nozzle. It has a gel-like consistency that will stick and eat away all the hard water marks without hurting your granite or faucet -- if you don't leave it on overnight or so. I.e., take it off within a minute or so and scrub with a scrubby pad. If the marks aren't gone, reapply. I KNOW THIS WORKS because I have to do it several times a year for all my sinks and toilets. I've also wasted a bunch of money on other products that DON'T work.
Try using a paste made of water and dishwashing soap - (the dry crystal kind) That stuff is strong, but will leave your faucets shining.
