How do you get nail polish out off clothes?

Question:

Answers:
nail polish remover - but it may melt the clothes. Good luck.

Pour nail polish remover on the spot until it seems to be removing the polish.
I think you should use nail polish remover and then wash that article of clothing afterwards so it doesn't smell like nail polish remover.
If the clothes are pretty much ruined anyway, no harm in trying nail polish remover. You run the risk of it harming the material espeically man made fiber.
looks like everyone answer that one
I found this on e-how tonight and I am having the same problem. But just put nail polish remover on the stain then mix one tsp. of laundry detergent with 1 cup luke warm water. Blotch the mixture in then sponge out with clean water. Hope that helps!
