Warranty for a Rainbow vacuum cleaner?
Question:I purchased a Rainbow two years ago and the thing is falling apart already. This cost me 2 grand and you'd think for this money it would work better than the others I have had.
It gets clogged in the hose, the metal hoses don't stay attached, the floor attachment falls off, it won't pick up the debris even though it feels like it has good suction.
I would like to have this thing looked at and hopefully fixed and my parts renewed but I don't want to have to pay for all of it either.
I lost my paperwork and my receipts I think, my saleman said he listed it with a warranty and it would be on their file.
anyone got the number and any advice?

3 years from date of purchase warranty includes unlimited free service to maintain the proper operation of this cleaner. Includes free exchange and/or repair of any defective parts when returned to TheVacuumCleanerStore. This service policy is solely provided by TheVacuumCleanerStore and neither Rexair, Inc. nor any Rainbow distributor stands behind it. A full 5 years of motor warranty by ABC includes full motor replacement in the event of failure. This policy does not cover any misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
