How do I clean the toilet?
Question:Okay this might sound like a stupid question, but I seriously have never cleaned the toilet before. What products do I use to clean the inside of it, and the toilet seat also?

Grocery/dollar stores have toilet cleaner and toilet brushes. Get both. Use the cleaner to put around the top of the rim (on the inside of the bowl) and just use enough to lightly coat the toilet. Let it sit for about 10-15 min, brush the whole bowl, then flush. I suggest getting a brush that comes with a stand/something to conceal it/hold water from the brush.
Oh, and I use Clorox wipes to clean the handle, the seat, under the seat, the toilet rim, and the bottom of the toilet.
There are lots of products you can use. I like to use Clorox Cleanup, a pumice stone, and rubber gloves. Good Luck!
You have to buy a toilet bowl cleaner-Sno Bowl is the best I have found, Also a toilet Brush- Just put the cleaner in let it set a few and then scrub then flush. For the toilet seat, use Clorox wipes, I would wipe the whole toilet with one of those, then you have a clean toilet. Just clean it 1-2 times a week.
Just shut off the water valve, then flush it, sprinkle in some ordinary kitchen cleanser and use the toilet brush to scrub a dub. turn water back on and flush again to rinse.
Use ordinary soap and water on the seat, you dont want
to use any store chemicals, becase they could irritate some
ones tush.

First you should go on the Melaleuca site. It has all kinds of cleaning products with NO chemicals. Why would you want to breathe in the bleach or other chemicals.. They have a tub n tile cleaner that works great. Great smell too. Its made with tea tree oil...This way , even if you have animals or kids around they wont be subjected to the chemicals..Good luck and happy cleaning..
Very eay. Ajax or comet in the bowl, scrub with a tool called a toilet brush. If you are out of clenser, use coke. Honestly, the acidity in coke cleans as well as cleansers. Just don't put it on the seat. In water only.
I bought one of those Clorox wands with the scrubby sponge things that can be thrown away after each use. It works great to clean the toilet you just run it around in there and voila!
I like the wands that you can buy with replaceable cleaners on them for the toilet bowl. I hate the thought of a toilet brush hanging around the bathroom. Ewwwwwww
I use plain rubbing alcohol to clean everything else in the bathroom including the toilet seat and outside of toilet. Cheap and disinfecting!
