Oh so sorry to hear it! I'd just fess up and tell her the truth before trying to fix it. Offer to pay for something of equal value or more. If she is a true friend she will forgive you, but I wouldnt be asking her to borrow any more clothes if I were you!
You might try oops. It can take out almost anything. It can be bought in the hardware department at Walmart.
umm nope i think there like that for ever now. Just let her know what happened she'll understand if she a good friend try to make i up to her mall & movies? movies & dinner?
tell her the truth and offer to buy her a new one
I don't know what to tell you. Your situation reminds me of the Guy de Maupassant story "The Necklace".
Anyways, the next time you want to get odor out of clothing, use regular detergent and add a half of cup of baking soda in the wash.
All you can do is say you are very sorry and it was an accident and give her a gift certificate to her favorite shop to get some new clothing.
Honesty is best just buy her another shirt and put a note in the bag telling her you are sorry
You may want to try Oxy Clean. You start a cycle of laundry and fill up the bottom of the washing machine with water at this point stop the cycle. Put a scoop of Oxy Clean in with the clothes. Let it sit in the water overnight. In the morning resume the cycle to finish the load. Sometimes you need to repeat the process a couple of times.
First, you're going to have to tell your friend what happened. Okay, so she may never loan you clothes again, but that's understandable isn't it? Is there any way you can replace the clothing? Tell her you'll buy her another shirt to replace it? I know it won't be the same, but it's the gesture that counts.
Unless Purex has chlorine bleach in it, there should be no reason the spots shouldn't come out. Try pouring boiling water over the spots, and gently scrub with a color friendly degergent, like clorox II, or (I believe) cheer. If all your efforts fail, then by all means, be honest with your friend. Good Luck
