Rent a power washer, and use a cleaning solution from Home Depot/Lowes, making sure it's not harmful to pets, gardens, ornamental plants or flowers.
Make a bleach and water mixture and spray it on there. Then a water hose or even better a pressure washer will probably take off what did not come off initally.
Do not use bleach, it'll kill the grass & plants! Buy a small pressure washer for about $100, that will do the trick!

I had mold on my deck and my dad told me to mix one cup of bleach and one cup of TSP in a gallon of water. I hosed down the deck and worked in sections... scrubbed a section with a deck brush, let it sit for five minutes, then hosed it off. My deck looks like new!
