How do you figure what to charge for cleaning 32 apartments?

Wow, I guess I'd figure what I'd charge for the biggest one , add in supplies and then multiply by 32. If it's not outrageous, go for it. I would guess about $60.- to $80.- each? I am in DC so I don't know how Arizona differs.

You should be dusting as well. Will you actually wash the sheets and towels, or just be changing them? Will you have to clean all 32 every day? Or a fewer number most days but a maximum of 32? Will you be doing it all yourself? Or will you have to hire additional labor? The going rate to clean a typical apartment is $40-$80, depending on your particular market. But that's for one individual hiring someone to clean one apartment. You're talking about a commercial operation. The unit price should be somewhat less. What are your competitors charging? That is very important to know. And its been my experience that even a "quick clean" will take about an hour per unit. That would be about 32 man hours to clean 32 units. So its likely that you're going to have to hire labor. What will be your expenses for that? You have to charge enough to cover your labor expenses and a living for yourself, but you will also have to charge little enough to remain competitive. Best if you are a little less than your competition since you are apparently new to this. And when it comes to figuring out how much labor you'll need, you'll have to realize that they won't be giving you 24 hours to turn around 32 units. It'll be more like 4-5 hours. These are all things that you're going to have to figure out on your own. And what about transportation? Will your laborers all have their own? Or will you need to provide it? There could be an expense there. How about Social Security payments? Thought about that? Too many questions. I know. But those are the things that one has to think about when starting a business.
