Yes... Dry it off and try not to turn it on. Then stick it in a bowl of uncooked rice. Or if you have a bunch of those little desicant packs cover it with them. Uncooked rice soaks up moisture very well and might just save it. It may take a few days and you may need to change the rice out once a day. Leave it in there for a week to be sure it's dry, then try it... I used to repair Cell phones and pagers. Customers had about a 60% success rate with this.
Go to the Apple Store and they should exchange it for free
let it dry for a couple of days, charge it up, and hope for the best. it worked for my daughter's mp3. good luck.
let ir dry if you can open it ans use a hair dryer
I got an idea for you. Take expensive electronic equipment out of your pockets before doing the laundry. Duh. Maybe it will work again after it dries out. Try laying it in front of a fan or something to help dry it.
if you still have your warenty on it then call apple and they'll arrange for a box to be sent to your house that you put the ipod in and send it to them and they send you a new one. Otherwise if you don't then no. It can't be fixed.
not really if its wet. just get a new one and save yourself the time. fixing it wil cost more then an ipod itself. unless you find a cheap repairman. i would say just get a new one
just leave it to dry out for a week or so it should be ok, i've done the same with phone and it worked after
mine was in too, i thought it was dead but when i checked the batteries a couple days later, it was working fine. i suggest that you wait before doing anything, after waiting a couple days and it does not work, try plugging it in your pc just in case the battery is out and if that doesn't work, then it is dead.
i was pretty lucky because i thought mine wouldn't work.
well anyways, good luck!*
Do not put a hair dryer to it.Let it dry completely like putting it in front of air vent.
My husband, who works in software development for Apple, suggests you put it in a bowl of uncooked rice for several days. The rice will help absorb the excessive moisture and help draw it out of the iPod. Apple will NOT replace the iPod. I'm sorry this happened to you and hope you can get it working again.
