What should I use to clean my Mr. Coffee warming pad?

Question:I have used dish soap to clean it and the white film disappears (so I don't think it's from a burn), but when I use my machine again, it comes back. I went to the website, but it doesn't help me. It only says how to wash the carafe and the machine itself (use vinegar, it says).

You can use the dishwasher soap with a Mr. Clean eraser sponge. They also sell this stuff called Cerama Bryte for ceramic stovetops. It's found at places that sell stoves and hardware stores. Good luck. Hope this helps.
