A strong bleaching should work..then kiltz it so it won't come back, and repaint.
It really depends on what the black mold is on. If it is on your walls use kilz on it. then paint it. If it is clothing soak it in oxyclean and bleach together over night in the washer.
Spray with bleach/water solution, half and half. let it dry a day and spray with Kilz paint. Then paint with the same color as on your wall.
